أعلنت نقابة أطباء تشاد (SYMET) تمديد الإضراب العام عن العمل لمدة أسبوعين إضافيين ابتداءً من اليوم الثلاثاء 6 يناير 2026 ليشمل جميع المرافق الصحية على امتداد التراب الوطني.

وجاء القرار عقب جمعية عمومية طارئة عقدت بمقر النقابة في العاصمة إنجمينا حضرها أكثر من ثلثي الأعضاء العاملين وخصص الاجتماع لتقييم مسار المفاوضات الجارية مع الحكومة خصوصا فيما يتعلق بالنظام الأساسي الخاص بالأطباء وتحسين ظروف العمل والممارسة المهنية.

وأكدت النقابة أن استمرار الإضراب يهدف إلى الضغط من أجل الاستجابة لمطالب الأطباء محذرة من تداعياته على الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمواطنين في مختلف أنحاء البلاد.
