The Chinese Foreign Minister arrives in Dar es Salaam to strengthen the strategic partnership with Tanzania

His Excellency Wang Yi, Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, arrived in Dar es Salaam, the capital of Tanzania, for a two-day working visit, from January 9 to 10, 2026.

The visit aims to strengthen bilateral relations between Tanzania and China within the framework of the comprehensive strategic partnership, work to expand economic cooperation between the two countries and explore new opportunities for cooperation in areas of common interest.
