The Sudanese Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism, Khaled Al-Aisar, confirmed today that the military operations carried out by the armed forces during the past week resulted in the destruction of 240 combat vehicles belonging to the Rapid Support Militia, and the infliction of heavy human losses on gangs and mercenaries of the Daglo family.

The Minister indicated in a press statement that these operations prove that the Rapid Support militia did not move by self-decision from the first day, but rather carried out its movements according to an organized plan aimed at implementing external agendas that seek to undermine the authority and prolong the displacement of civilians, with the aim of replacing them with new residents.

Al-Aisar confirmed that the Sudanese government possesses numerous evidence indicating the involvement of external parties, led by the Abu Dhabi government, in managing, financing and supplying the militia, including bringing in foreign mercenaries to facilitate the continuation of armed operations against civilians and an attempt to weaken the state. The minister called on all peace-loving countries and free peoples to support international legal accountability against any state that sponsors terrorism and participates in committing crimes of genocide and grave and unprecedented violations against the Sudanese people.
