قال مصدر بغرفة العمليات المشتركة للجيش السوداني إن الغرفة أكملت التجهيزات لأكبر عملية عسكرية مشتركة لتحرير ولايات كردفان ودارفور من المليشيا المتمردة.
وأكد المصدر ل(الجزيرة نت) أن العملية المرتقبة ستفوق تحرير الخرطوم من حيث التخطيط واضاف أن نسبة نجاحها أعلى من المؤشرات.
وأوضح ذات المصدر أن التحركات الماضية كانت بغرض دراسة مسرح العمليات و قياس نسبة نجاح العملية وتقويم الثغرات.
وعزا تقهقر العدو وتراحعه لعدم إجادته لمعارك النفس الطويل.
