Khartoum: Africa Daily
Sudanese Prime Minister Dr. Kamel Idris said that the largest percentage of his time will be in citizen services sites.
He warned during a press briefing at the headquarters of the Khartoum State government today (Sunday) that the Council of Ministers will be a project council, as each ministry will have ten projects, and the ministers’ evaluation will depend on their completion.
Dr. Idris stated that the top priorities will focus on pension and security, and added that his return to Khartoum is final.
The Prime Minister said that he asked the political forces to monitor the government's performance.

Regarding the formation of the Legislative Council, he said that it is only a matter of time, and the plan is on the way.
