Signing memorandums of understanding between Rwanda and the Sultanate of Oman

A delegation of senior Rwandan government officials signed memorandums of understanding with their counterparts from the Sultanate of Oman to enhance cooperation between the two countries.
The memorandums of understanding included logistical fields, including those related to the development and operation of inland ports, logistics services, and related supply chain services.
In the field of transportation, the two sides signed a memorandum of understanding to activate direct flights between Muscat and Kigali with Oman Air starting next June.
In the same field, the two countries signed a memorandum for development between @RDBrwanda and the Omani Airports Management Company with investments around the new Bugesera Airport area.
In the areas of information and communications technology and innovation, the two sides signed a memorandum of understanding between the Ministries of Information and Communication Technology in Rwanda and the Sultanate of Oman covering data hosting, cloud services and data center services.
