The Somali President declares North-East State a full member of the federal system

أعلن الرئيس الصومالي، حسن شيخ محمود، منح ولاية الشمال الشرقي العضوية الكاملة النظام الاتحادي لجمهورية الصومال الفيدرالية، وتمتعها بكامل الحقوق المقررة لبقية الولايات الأعضاء.

وأكد الرئيس، في تصريح رسمي، التزام الحكومة الفيدرالية بإعادة إعمار وتنمية مناطق الشمال الشرقي، مشددًا على أن مسؤوليات الأمن والدفاع وحماية هذه المناطق تظل من اختصاص الحكومة الفيدرالية.

وأشار إلى أن هذه الخطوة تأتي في إطار تعزيز الاستقرار السياسي وترسيخ النظام الاتحادي، بما يسهم في دعم مسارات التنمية والأمن في مختلف أنحاء البلاد.
