The Presidency of the Republic in Chad issues a decision to strengthen the anti-corruption authority

أصدرت رئاسة الجمهورية في دولة تشاد بموجب المرسوم رقم 027/ر ج/2026 الصادر بتاريخ 16 يناير 2026، القانون رقم 019/ج و-م ش/2025 الصادر في 16 ديسمبر 2025، والمتعلق بالمصادقة على الأمر رقم 006/ر ج/2024 الصادر في 31 يناير 2024.

ويقضي الأمر المذكور بتعديل الأمر رقم 007/ر ج/2023 الصادر في 1 أغسطس 2023، الخاص بإنشاء السلطة المستقلة لمكافحة الفساد (AILC)، وذلك في إطار تعزيز الإطار القانوني والتنظيمي لعمل الهيئة ودعم جهود الدولة في مكافحة الفساد وترسيخ مبادئ الشفافية والحكم الرشيد
